莎朗·R. 瑞安

莎朗·瑞安 joined International Paper in 1988 as an attorney in the L和 和 Timber/Forest 产品 Division. In 1992, she was named vice president 和 general counsel of Masonite Corporation, an International Paper subsidiary.  In 1997, Sharon was named general counsel - Building Materials Group, adding Wood 产品 和 Decorative 产品 to her Masonite responsibilities.  She became general counsel of 消费者包装 和 Corporate Sales & 2000年营销, 和, in 2005, exp和ed her responsibilities to include IP’s Papers businesses 和 Wood 产品 business.  Sharon was promoted to associate general counsel - Corporate Law in 2006, 和, in 2009, assumed the additional role of Chief 道德 和 Compliance 办公室r.  She was appointed vice president in March 2011 和, 2011年5月, was also named acting general counsel 和 corporate secretary.

Sharon was promoted to senior vice president, general counsel 和 corporate secretary November 1, 2011.

Prior to joining International Paper, she was a real estate attorney with Baker, Smith & 米尔斯 in Dallas, Texas.  She received her undergraduate degree from George Washington University in 1981.  In 1985, she received her JD degree from Boston College Law School where she was an editor for the Boston College Law Review.
