粘土埃利斯 is International 纸’s senior vice president, Enterprise Operational Excellence. Under his leadership, this organization consists of Environment, Health & 安全, Information Technology, 全球纤维供应, 全球采购, 全球供应链 Center of Excellence and Global Technology. He is responsible for leading safety, engagement and reliable, world-class operations through the implementation of IP’s Global 制造业 System across 41 mills.

Clay joined International 纸 in 1992 as a process engineer at the Natchez, 小姐, 机, and went on to hold numerous positions within the mill system. He became an officer of the company in 2012 when he was named vice president, 制造业, 北美n 纸s. He was vice-president, 制造业, Global 纤维素纤维, prior to being named to his current role.

He is a board member for Ilim Pulp & 纸, a 俄罗斯n company and joint venture with International 纸, The National Council for Air and Stream Improvement, 十大正规网赌游戏平台. (NCASI) as well as Seeding Success, which is a Memphis “cradle to career” partnership for children. Clay previously served on the board of directors for the National 纸 贸易 Association and AF&PA printing, writing and pulp sectors, as well as the Memphis Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Clay earned a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University, and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Clay and his wife, Cheryl, have three sons and reside in Eads, Tenn.
